About these terms

These terms cover use of this website and the basis on which Finn6 Solutions Limited provides services. Before any work starts, you'll receive an engagement letter setting out the services, fees and responsibilities. If the engagement letter and these terms differ, the engagement letter applies.

Company name check

The name check uses Companies House public data and is a guide only. Companies House decides whether a name can be registered, and we can't guarantee that a name shown as available will be accepted.

Quotes and fees

We give you a fixed quote in writing before work starts. Government fees, such as the Companies House incorporation fee, are passed on at cost.

Identity and anti-money laundering checks

The law requires us to verify the identity of our clients, their directors and beneficial owners before acting. We may be unable to start or continue work until these checks are complete. We are supervised for anti-money laundering purposes by [AML SUPERVISOR].

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us complete and accurate information on time, and for approving filings before we submit them. Directors remain legally responsible for their company's filings.
